Palm Springs

Palm Spring

Everyone loves a weekend away, especially when the desert is only a couple hours drive! If your planning a holiday in L.A you HAVE TO schedule time to check out the desert and everything it has to offer.  Hell I had no idea how beautiful this place would be until we drove into Joshua Tree and lost our shit.

Food + Drink

Pappy + Harriets

You may have seen this place propping up in all areas of the internet and screen! There is good reason, I promise.  If you like the Honky Tonk with a touch of dive bar aesthetics with killer margaritas this place is for you.

Pie For The People

New York style pizza, order from the extensive menu or from the counter of pies in front of you.  Vegan and veggie options available. Cute pizza names like Dean Martin, David Bowie and Barry White! Sit out back in garden then finish off heading to Joshua Tree Coffee Roasters which you can access from there.

Frontier

Grabbing a small breakfast or bagel / coffee combo, stop by here and watch the Joshua Tree locals go by, possibly a couple hipsters to.  Great spot next door to one of my favourite stores 'Hoof And A Horn'. It might be impossible to visit this store and not pick anything up. From blankets to vintage tees to sandalwood P+F Candles, they got it all.

Kings Highway Diner

Attached to The Ace Hotel in Palm Springs.  Beautiful vintage feel interior along with great service and tasty AF food.  We had French Toast and THE best Breakfast Burrito we have ever had. My Boyfriend and I like to share our orders, we are a sucker for trying each others so normally one of us grabs a savoury and one gets the sweet and we split. If the normal drip coffee just isn't hitting the spot they have extensive coffees including Stumptown Coffee and Cold Brews.
